This function is just for transferring the harmonic loading to transient loading for vibrating equipment foundation analysis.

C1 - center of gravity of the motor   (Xm, Ym, Zm)
C2 - center of gravity of the pump   (Xp, Yp, Zp)
C3 - center of gravity of whole equipment and foundation   (Xc, Yc, Zc)
    (the orignal point at the lower left corner of footing)

n - number of time intervals, it should be power of 2, such as: 32, 64, etc.
